About

I reside in a small town in Kentucky with my husband, our two children and our dog.

We have a pretty simple life, we work, play and love hard.

All of my life I have spent riding the ridiculous yo-yo of weight loss. Through all my cycles of ups and downs I have tried everything, healthy or not, fad or proven, pills and powders, and hands down the one lesson that I have held on to is the only person who can ultimately make me successful is me.

The purpose of my ramblings here is simple: figure out how to co-exist with my addiction to food. To create a healthy and loving relationship with myself, my body, my mental state so that when things are difficult food is not the only outlet.
